These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WestBrewing.us website (the “Site”), our Mug Club membership, SaaS services, ticket purchases, and any other online products and services offered by West Brewing Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, using our SaaS platform, or purchasing event tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Mug Club Membership

1.1 Eligibility

You must be 21 years or older to purchase a Mug Club membership. By registering, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

1.2 Membership Benefits

Benefits may include discounted drinks, exclusive content, early access to event tickets, prepaid drink credits, and access to streaming content. Specific benefits are detailed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

1.3 Non-Transferable

Memberships are non-transferable and linked to the individual account holder only.

1.4 Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Usage

2.1 Grant of Access

Users of our Mug Club platform and bar management SaaS are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service in accordance with their subscription level.

2.2 Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or resell the SaaS platform.

2.3 Payment & Subscription

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Late or failed payments may result in account suspension.

2.4 Content Ownership

Content you create or upload remains yours, but West Brewing retains the right to use anonymized data and aggregate usage statistics.

3. Event and Ticket Sales

3.1 Ticket Availability

Tickets for events hosted by West Brewing are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All ticket sales are final.

3.2 Refunds & Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Transferability is determined by the event’s listing terms.

3.3 Age Restrictions

Some events may be 21+. You agree to comply with posted age requirements and bring valid identification when required.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.2 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to your account without prior notice for violation of these Terms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on WestBrewing.us, including trademarks, logos, media, and software, is the property of West Brewing Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without our express permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the site or services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Services are provided “as is.” West Brewing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, membership, or ticket services.

7. Privacy
