The musician will receive 15% of liquor sales generated from the start of the performance ("downbeat") until the end of the night. Payment will be issued to the main point of contact for the act. Please provide Zelle information (HERE). If you do not already have Zelle, a link to install will be sent to your phone and/or email when WSB submits payment. Please allow up to 7 days after the performance to receive payment.
Please upload your Electronic Press Kit (EPK), any relevant pictures, links, hashtags, and tags that should be included in the final marketing release if WSB is to create ads on your behalf. By submitting these materials, you grant West Brewing Company the right to use them solely for the purpose of advertising your performance. This includes social media, website listings, posters, and other promotional materials. If you have your own digital flyer/poster for this event, please simply upload that here instead of a full EPK.
To comply with tax regulations, please upload a completed W-9 form. This is required for all performers receiving compensation for their performance. (Accepted file formats: PDF, JPEG)

Additional Compensation:

Each performer will receive 2 drink tickets, valid for any beer on tap, canned or bottled products (16oz or less), or any well shot or well cocktail.

A green room is available for your use, away from the public, where you can securely store cases, personal effects, eat, drink, change costumes if applicable, and generally just relax before &/or after your performance.


Marketing Support:

West Brewing Company will advertise your event in advance (where applicable). This includes targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as listings on our website, event calendar, onsite posters, and local below-the-line marketing efforts. Further, any live-streaming, cell phone video footage, or similar content may be used in a "here's what you missed" campaign the week after, which we will tag you in if your content is used.
